From 2013-2016 I did comics for SparkLife, a sub-section of SparkNotes, the online study guides owned by Barnes & Noble. I did slideshow-style comics about 2-3 times per month. The comics were geared towards an audience of mostly 13-year old girls who were on the nerdy side. They were either literature-themed or general advice (I was told to say "crushes" instead of "bfs/gfs" because most of the kids hadn't had bfs/gfs yet, but they alllll had crushes and oh ho ho did they ever like thinking about them).

As time went by, the focus of the website shifted pretty heavily to Harry Potter-themed comics, then shifted to Insta/Twitter and away from the website. A couple of my comics are still available on the SparkLife site, but it appears many were lost in the website redesign. Some sample panels from various prompts are below.
